We are looking for someone who is excited about the craft beer industry and has a passion for creating damn good food!Job OverviewThe Head Chef is responsible for the planning and coordination of all activities in the kitchen. This includes but is not limited to ensuring all kitchen goals are met, as it relates to food quality, ingredient sourcing, kitchen revenue and budgeting, along with managing kitchen staff.They will also maintain a safe work environment, schedule maintenance work on kitchen equipment, and regularly update management on production/budget goals and staff performance.Responsibilities and Duties
