What We're Looking For:
3+ years in a leadership cooking role
Expertise in modern cuisine, fine dining, and high-volume catering
Strong food costing, inventory management, and independent work skills
A driven leader with the ability to scale operations and manage a team
Passion for growth and development
A kind, professional attitude with open communication and work-life balance
Bonus: Experience with large catering events (200-1000 guests), knowledge of local ingredients, and Michelin Guide or Bib Gourmand experience
Wine knowledge is a plus
A valid driver's license
