Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to enhance their skills and promote teamwork. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee food handling procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of all dishes served. Conduct regular performance evaluations for kitchen staff to foster professional growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or food service environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu development. Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Previous experience in restaurant management is highly desirable. Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and customer service excellence. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills. Pay: $55,000.00-$700,000.00 per year
