We're hiring a Head Chef for a new, downtown Halifax modern British-style neo-bistro opening February 2026.
This is an ideal step for a talented Sous Chef who's ready to take the lead. You'll work closely with ownership and an experienced FOH team to shape the launch menu, build kitchen systems, and set the culture from day one.
Ideally, you'll have experience in a UK gastropub, neo-bistro, or modern European kitchen -- or at least a genuine passion for that style of cooking. If you know your way around a Pacojet and you're into refined, elegant, unpretentious food -- and want a platform to really show what you can do -- this is the project for you.
