We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service are maintained consistently. Duties



Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking processes Lead and manage the culinary team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship in food handling, safety, and service standards Oversee menu development, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and align with restaurant concept Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation procedures Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless food service and customer satisfaction Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimize waste Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards Foster a positive team environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement Implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency and uphold hospitality excellence

Qualifications



Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food service management Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse culinary team effectively Knowledge of restaurant management principles including inventory control and staff scheduling Expertise in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards (including HACCP) Demonstrated experience in menu creation and culinary innovation Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service Previous restaurant or food industry experience is essential; hospitality background preferred Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Passion for the food industry with a commitment to excellence in serving guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$32.58 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
