Annabelle's Kitchen is looking for a Head Chef who leads with skill, standards, and a people-first attitude.
Someone grounded, confident, and deeply experienced -- but also warm, patient, and genuinely invested in their people.
We're a tight-knit restaurant with a loyal following and high expectations. This role starts with full ownership of one kitchen, with the opportunity to grow into overseeing more as the business evolves. We want someone who's excited to build something strong, not just pass through.
This Role Is For You If:
You have
6+ years of professional kitchen experience
, with fine dining or Italian cuisine required
You've had classic or
formal culinary training
and strong technical fundamentals
You've held
true leadership roles
and know how to run a kitchen day-to-day
You're a

teaching, coaching, and developing cooks

What You'll Be Doing:
Running the kitchen with consistency, structure, and pride
Leading, mentoring, and holding your team accountable
Teaching technique, standards, and discipline -- not just recipes
Creating, costing, and executing menus with creativity and control
Managing food costs, labor, ordering, and inventory
Maintaining a clean, organized, inspection-ready kitchen at all times
Working closely with ownership on direction, goals, and future growth
