We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Duties
Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks and food service personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation
Develop and design creative menus that align with restaurant branding and customer preferences
Oversee food handling, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain consistency and quality standards
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and proper sanitation procedures
Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs to optimize kitchen operations
Lead training sessions for staff on food safety, new recipes, and service techniques
Maintain a positive team environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence
Monitor service to ensure timely delivery of dishes and exceptional customer satisfaction
Collaborate with management on operational improvements and strategic planning
Experience
Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with a focus on culinary operations
Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing kitchen teams and restaurant staff
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
Experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles is preferred
Hands-on experience with food handling, serving, and kitchen equipment operation
Familiarity with menu development, inventory control, and cost management within a restaurant environment
