Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach Provide Legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels Lead a culture of safety and maximizing operational efficiency Completion of daily reports, cash ups and other administrative tasks Being present on floor to assist with customer questions, complaints, and comments Have familiarity with all store operations and supervise the team in their daily duties Liaising with management to ensure operational efficiency Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures Procurement, receiving and merchandising of product with focus on customer- friendly presentation Other Duties as assigned Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect

You have a grade 12; experience within the Cooperative Retailing System (CRS) would be considered an asset You are honest and trustworthy, are results oriented, and strive to be the best in the work that you do You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
