Full-Time Cashier (2 Positions)

Food Store

La Ronge, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader Trainee, responsibilities for this position include the following:

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a
difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.


Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels. Perform cashing duties, serve guests, pack groceries, stock, and face shelves, perform general housekeeping duties. Knowledge working understanding of the Point-Of-Sale system (POS), accept payments in cash, credit/debit and provide accurate
change when necessary.


Keep workstation tidy, organized, and sanitized. Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems. policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned. Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.

You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills. You have POS system experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment. You must be able to fulfill physical job requirements, standing for extended periods with some repetitive motions. You have a flexible work schedule including days, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
