RavenWolf Brewing Co. has been proudly brewing craft beer in Spruce Grove for over 4.5 years. As we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for a

Head Brewer

to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an independent, single-operator brewery known for brewing a variety of core craft beers.

Responsibilities

Execute brew days efficiently and consistently, including mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, and fermentation. Monitor fermentation, carbonation, and quality control of all beers. Manage cleaning and sanitation of brewhouse, tanks, kegs, and brewery equipment. Replicate current quality of recipes for core and seasonal beers. Maintain accurate brewing, cellaring, and packaging records. Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to industry standards. Oversee inventory of raw materials, ingredients, and packaging supplies. Work collaboratively with ownership and staff to align brewing schedule with business needs. Troubleshoot equipment and brewing issues as needed. Oversee packaging of finished product.

Qualifications

Previous brewing experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, fermentation, and sanitation practices. Ability to work independently in a single-operator brewery environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency. Physically able to lift 55 lbs, move kegs, and work in a production setting. Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative. Passion for craft beer and desire to grow with a dynamic, evolving brewery.
