OverviewWe are looking for a HCS Technical Rules Administrator to support injured workers and health care providers. • Maintain and update technical rules within the Claims Management System (CMS) and related healthcare service registries/databases.
• Support system integrations with CMS, including data management, reporting tools, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain procedure manuals and training materials while providing education to internal and external clients.
• Analyze and report on systems data, assess technical needs, and provide recommendations to management.
• Administer the Goods and Services Registry (GSR) and the Plan Item Repository (PIR) ensuring updates, accuracy, and compliance with business rules.
• Undertakes routine projects as required or assigned, such as compiling statistical, budget or other informational reports.

Your background and experience

• A minimum of Grade 12
• 18 - 27 months of related experience
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiently
