Harvesting Supervisor, Adams Lake, British Columbia
Join Interfor's dynamic Adams Lake Woodlands team, where you'll supervise full-phase logging and road-building operations while upholding excellence in safety, environmental standards, and production performance.

Expected range: $92,000 - $116,000 (CAD) per annum

What You'll Do

• Oversee and supervise harvesting and road-building operations, ensuring compliance with our goals in safety, environment, quality and productivity.

• Plan and implement harvesting operations, including scheduling and logistics coordination.

• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards with continuous improvement initiatives.

• Negotiate rates and forecast production for efficient project execution.

• Manage contract administration and road maintenance planning.

What You Offer

• Proven safety leadership with the ability to assess and mitigate operational risks.

• Strong technical knowledge in harvesting, road construction, and log quality management.

• Skilled at building relationships with contractors, government bodies, and internal teams.

• Registered (or eligible) RPF or RFT with the Association of BC Forest Professionals and minimum 4 years of relevant forestry experience.
