As the Product Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Harvesting Equipment, you will drive value proposition into the market place from a regional perspective by supporting training events, supporting dealers and customers, and evaluating market trends and product features (Case IH Combines and Headers). We are looking for a self-motivated and professional individual who is passionate about the agricultural industry.

The selected applicant should reside near Calgary, AB or Saskatoon, SK. The full region of coverage extends across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. This role requires consistent travel across the region for dealer and customer facing interactions and events.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and provide value proposition to dealers and customer, including field days, training events, dealer meetings, and customer visits to achieve retail unit and share objectives for assigned products in the assigned territory
• Serve as the marketing product expert resource for assigned product to sales and marketing, with input to the platform, product management, and product development teams and drive the value proposition through training sessions on the assigned territories.
• Assist in development of key marketing training materials of the targeted product lines for effective communication of product value, features and benefits to the respective commercial organization, dealer network, and other specialist\'s needs
• Manage field inventory of products across the territory by setting and achieving dealer order writing objectives, transfer for retail, and retail actions, to achieve both retail and inventory objectives.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 to $100,000 annually. You will be eligible for enrollment in our company sales incentive plan with a bonus target of 10%, and the position is company vehicle eligible. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

Qualifications

• Associates Degree with at least three (3) years of agricultural product experience; OR
• HS diploma with at least five (5) years of agricultural product experience
• At least two (2) years\' direct customer agriculture equipment sales or service support
• Must possess valid drivers license and pass a background check that includes driving record
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelors\' Degree in a relevant business, marketing, and/or agricultural based field
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
