for TELUS Smart Home inCalgary, AB
and surrounding areas.Stable Job, with competitive pay
Pay range $30 - $40/hr
Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in DSC Neo Hardwire Alarms
Install, service, and program
hardwired alarm systems
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems Install and secure keypad panels, door/window contacts, and related components Perform service work following established procedures and techniques, using appropriate tools, testing equipment, and replacement parts Deliver exceptionalcustomer service
and technical support to clientsWhat's Required:
Proven experience with hardwired systems such as
DSC
,Neo
, and similar platforms is requiredStrong communication
andcustomer service skills
are essential This role requires regular interaction with customers, so the ability to confidently communicate and effectively train end users is crucialMust to have:
A
reliable white vehicle
is required Must possessbasic hand tools
Criminal background check
will be conducted Must have experience withhardwired systems
such asDSC, Neo
, or similar system.Job Type: Full-time
