Key Responsibilities

Device Assembly:

- Assemble electromechanical products following detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all builds.
- Conduct basic testing and inspection of assembled units.

Inventory Control:

- Track and manage inventory of components, tools, and finished goods.
- Assist with receiving, labeling, and organizing parts.
- Maintain accurate stock records.

Procurement & Shipments:

- Support the purchasing of components and consumables.
- Coordinate shipments of outgoing products and incoming materials.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure on-time delivery.

Production Area Organization:

- Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Set up workstations and storage systems to improve efficiency.
- Follow and promote workplace safety procedures.

Qualifications

+ Previous hands-on experience in electronics or electromechanical assembly is an asset.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
+ Good organizational and time-management skills.
+ Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, inventory systems, email).
+ Ability to lift and move materials safely (up to 50 lbs).
+ Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

+ Experience with inventory management software.
+ Knowledge of shipping processes and logistics.
+ Familiarity with ESD-safe work practices.
