What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:
Reporting to the Home Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day execution of tasks in the Hardware Department and will be involved in the planning for the direction of the department.
- You will ensure the efficient operation of the department to achieve all financial targets and deliver on budgeted KPI\'s.
- You will promote and ensure adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
- You will ensure prompt, efficient and friendly customer service is provided at all times.
- You will provide leadership to the department, including goal setting, performance management, training and development of team members.
