Conestoga Contracting Group is looking for an
Experienced Hardscape Landscape Foreman/Foreperson
.Please do NOT apply if you are junior or intermediate or do not have experience with any of the above.
To be successful in this role you must have
strong attention to detail,
andquick project completion time
. Looking for someone experienced in a multitude of areas such as:excavation, formwork, material installation, interlock, some concrete pouring and finishing,
while also demonstrating superior team coordination and site management skills.Minimum Requirements for this role:
Must possess a valid
FULL G-class
driver's license and personal vehicle. Minimum of 3 years' experience in hardscape construction Fluency in English, oral and written communication Personal mobile device with data plan for communication, time and project tracking Ability to work on call 24/7 during winter months for snow shovellingJob Duties:
Read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and grade stakes Manage all aspects of the job site, including excavation, layout, forming, grading, subbase compaction, and material installation. Lead a crew of 2-4 team members on a variety of landscape construction projects (e.g., pools, retaining walls, hardscape elements, including interlocking pavers, and natural stone features, drainage systems, etc.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
