What the Role is Quacked Up to Be




The Happiness Hub Supervisor is a hands-on leader, providing real-time support to team members and clients. This role serves as the first point of contact for team member and client escalations. This role supports the Happiness Hub Manager in ensuring that all team members are thriving in their roles.Like Happiness Experts, you provide relationship-based customer experiences while maximizing revenue, reinforcing our unique brands and establishing meaningful connections. Responsibilities include:

Monitor live interactions (calls/emails) to ensure service quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards. Provide real-time feedback and coaching to reinforce best practices. Provide ongoing training and coaching to Happiness Experts including timely feedback and performance management. Assist the Happiness Hub Manager in overseeing all Happiness Hub accountabilities including daily checklists, client communications, group reservations, etc. Proficient in all systems and applications, you train team members on system updates, enhancements and/or changes. Assist the Happiness Hub team in ensuring all incoming inquiries are answered quickly and efficiently with high levels of service being offered. Assist the Happiness Hub Manager with administrative responsibility surrounding financial management and profitability. Examples include payroll and scheduling.

What You Need



Proven leadership experience 2+ years of hotel experience (guest services/reservations) Experience using hotel property management systems (Infor experience is an asset)

Open availability (evenings,

weekends

and holidays)

Understanding of hotel operations(is an asset) Experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders(is an asset)
