Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent Individual to join our team, who will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

Duties:

Repair and maintenance

Install or repair fixtures, such as ceiling fans, lights, shelves, and cabinets. Assemble and install new items, like furniture. Perform minor carpentry tasks, such as building and repairing cabinets or fixing trim. Assist with minor flooring and tiling work.
Cleaning and groundskeeping

Perform regular cleaning of facilities and grounds. Clean gutters and exterior surfaces like sidewalks and parking lots. Handle minor landscaping, such as lawn care, hedge trimming, and snow shoveling.
Other responsibilities

Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance or repair needs. Prepare surfaces and paint walls, ceilings, and other structures. Provide quotes for services and maintain records of work performed.
Follow all health and safety regulations. Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods - Strong work ethic and reliability

Schedule:

6-8 hour shift, Multiple sites Weekends as needed On-Call
Requirement:

Driver's licence is a must*

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
