Key responsibilities include
Perform general maintenance and repair work including drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves, and other items as required.
Repair doors, windows, and hardware; replace tiles and flooring when necessary.
Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with safety regulations.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Provide estimates for materials and labor when necessary.
