Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to perform general maintenance, repairs, and installation work at residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in multiple trades, strong problem-solving abilities, and is committed to delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.

Duties

Basic

electrical

tasks (e.g., replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets) Minor

plumbing

repairs (e.g., faucets, drains, leaks, toilet parts)

Window and door

repairs (mesh replacement, hardware fixes) Drywall patching, painting, caulking, and small carpentry jobs General maintenance support for residential and commercial properties Assist senior technicians and complete work orders on time.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and household repairs Comfortable using hand and power tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and punctuality
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $17.75-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
