We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that ensure the upkeep and functionality of residential or commercial properties. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Conduct routine maintenance checks on facilities and equipment Perform minor repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks Assemble fixtures as needed Paint walls, doors, and other surfaces to maintain aesthetic appeal Install and repair locks and doors Remove/install windows for air condition installation Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

Proficient in basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members Familiarity with hand tools and power tools required for various repair tasks Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
