We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team. Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety standards are met. Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed for larger projects or repairs. Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on tasks. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role with a strong understanding of maintenance procedures. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for repairs. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
