The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and general upkeep of residential or commercial properties.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and furniture as needed. Install and repair doors, windows, and drywall. Respond promptly to service requests and complete jobs in a timely manner. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Skills

Proficient in various trades such as plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
