Overview
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to help with maintaining homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various facilities and equipment. If you are a hands-on individual with a knack for fixing things, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and plumbing repairs, electrical work, outside repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Repair or replace broken equipment, fixtures, or appliances
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and strength to handle various tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $16.50-$19.00 per hour
