Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hand-Laid Fibreglasser/Composite Laminator to join our dynamic team and help build our high-performance trailer shells. If you have skills in composite lamination or gelcoat application, we'll train you in our processes and bring you into a supportive, fast-paced production team.

Responsibilities

Apply gelcoat and hand-lay fibreglass materials to trailer components Use peel ply, rollers, and trimming tools to achieve clean, consistent finishes Perform surface prep, sanding, and quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times Contribute to general shop support tasks across production Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications

2+ years of fibreglass, composite, or marine lamination experience preferred Able to use hand tools, read templates, and follow safety procedures Physically capable of manual labour and repetitive tasks Flexible and team-oriented; willing to assist wherever needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
