APAG Elektronik : APAG Cosyst is an established electronics design and manufacturing company serving the automotive, and automation industries. Our focus is on high-end automotive brands including Audi, BMW, VW, Mercedes-Benz, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce and Bentley. Our primary product types are electronic control units (ECUs) for luxury applications and special vehicles, and intelligent LED units for interior lighting. We generally work directly with the OEM and a complementary supplier during the design phase and then supply our finished products as a tier 2 supplier. APAG Elektronik Corp., Windsor Office, is looking for a talented and reliable Production Hand Soldering Assistant Base rate TBD based on previous experience. Main tasks: Must have very good on hands experience with hand soldering, using soldering iron and solder wires, actually hand soldering electronic assemblies and / or repairs of electronics assemblies adhering to workmanship criteria applicable to Electronic Manufacturing Industry Standards. a. Strictly follow internal and external regulations
b. Attend Quality Standards training and assist with applying the standards in both documentation and processes.
c. Observe safety and security procedures; report potentially unsafe conditions
d. Diligently following assembly instructions at the required rate and quality standards articulated in the work instructions.
e. Responsible for ensuring effective shift cross-over with counterpart on other shifts. Education:

• Highschool or Post Secondary Diploma is preferred.

Experience:

• Pervious recent and continuous hand soldering experience is a must! ( 2-3 years preferred)

Ability to reliably commute:

• Windsor, ON: one on site location

Schedule: We are looking for the following shifts to be filled :
Day- Monday - Friday from 7:00am- 3:00pm,
OR
Afternoon -Monday - Friday from 3:00pm- 11:00pm, ( +8% shift premium)
OR
Night - Sunday - Thursday from 11:00pm - 7:00am (next day) ( +12% shift premium) Ability to be moved to a different shift based on company needs. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
