As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services while ensuring an outstanding experience for our clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to connect with customers to meet their individual needs.

Duties

Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' requests and offering professional advice on hair care. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and provide recommendations for styles and products. Engage in upselling of salon products and services to enhance the client experience. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with contemporary options.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist Strong knowledge of hair styling techniques, tools, and products. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Effective communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and listen attentively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
