Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options. Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide clients with the best possible experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Proficiency in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatment applications. Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client trust. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members clearly and professionally. Experience in retail sales is a plus, helping to promote salon products effectively. Familiarity with front desk operations is advantageous for managing appointments and client interactions.
