Summary
We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team at Thair Organic Beauty located in Yonge and Lawrence. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our clients' beauty while upholding our commitment to organic practices and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
Promote retail products and upsell services as appropriate
Ensure excellent customer service throughout each appointment
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and organic products
Collaborate with team members to create a positive salon atmosphere
Contribute to Socials by providing content
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or equivalent certification
Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Knowledge of sanitation practices in a salon environment
Ability to upsell products and services effectively
Excellent communication skills for client interactions
Must have experience with colouring, hilights, balayage, women and men's cuts, blowouts and smoothing treatments
Team player with a positive attitude
