Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process transactions efficiently.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations according to health regulations.
Provide expert advice on hair care routines, retail products, and upselling opportunities to boost salon sales.
Offer additional beauty services such as makeup application and nail care to create comprehensive client transformations.
Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, booking appointments, answering inquiries, and handling payments with retail math proficiency.
Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair threading, barbering skills like straight razor shaves, and overall salon best practices.

Experience
Proven experience as a professional Hair Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling techniques.
