Duties

Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, highlights, blowouts, and special treatments Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Provide outstanding customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments Build long-term client relationships through personalized care and communication Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices

Experience

Previous experience as a licensed Hair Stylist is preferred but required; training opportunities are available for talented newcomers Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Proficiency in hair styling techniques and knowledge of sanitation protocols Ability to upsell products naturally while maintaining client trust Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory
