Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, balayage, highlights, Keratinand treatments tailored to individual client needs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products. Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and boost salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments. Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling beauty products. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
