We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at KJ Barbershop. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling. They should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

:

Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling, according to client preferences and style trends. Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable hairstyles Maintain sanitation, cleanliness and organisation of workstations, equipment, and the store to ensure a hygienic environment for clients. Stay updated on current hairstyle trends and techniques to provide innovative and personalised services. Build and maintain strong client relationships through outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

Proven 1+ year experience as a Barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. Proficiency in barbering techniques and styles, including fades, tapers, and classic cuts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with clients including kids, in a friendly and professional manner. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional grooming services. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality. Straight Razor skills are preferred
