Job Description

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring an HABS Associate on a temporary basis (up to 18 months) on our Home and Building Solutions (HABS) team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon, SK.

What you'll do:

Create flyers, seasonal order programs (SOPs) and other bookings. Ensure accuracy of bookings by coordinating proofing process with Category Managers and Category Coordinators. Coordinate Rural Routes Major Promotion (MP) Bookings with Feed and Ag Equipment teams. Coordinate with Marketing for the printing and distribution of completed bookings. Use the copy retrieval management system (CRMS) to enter, update, and correct eCatalogue item copy. Create and proof retail price cards to support Home Centre and Rural Routes flyer promotions. Coordinate the creation, editing, proofing, printing and distribution process for the annual HABS desktop Promotional Calendar. Assist with annual Buymart trade show as required which includes invitations, registration, portfolios, show book, etc. Other duties as assigned.

The Team

: You will work closely with other members of the HABS marketing group including the Senior Marketing Associate, Senior Marketing Specialist, and the Marketing Coordinator and will report into the Operational Support Manager. This team strives to cultivate a culture of collaboration, trust, and connectivity.

The Collaborators

You will work closely with Category Managers and Category Coordinators to ensure delivery of the eCatalogue used by local Co-ops across Western Canada.

Have one year of relevant experience. Have a Grade 12 diploma plus a recognized one-year business program (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered). Are familiar with Microsoft Excel and mainframe applications.
