Job Summary:

Jumping Kids Gymnastics and Sensory Bus is looking for an

enthusiastic and energetic Gymnastics Coach

to join our team! This unique role involves delivering fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate gymnastics programs in our fully equipped mobile gym bus. As a coach, you will travel to various locations on the Gym Bus, including schools, daycare centers, camps, and community events, providing children (ages 1-10) with a safe and exciting movement-based experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Plan, organize, and implement structured gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels.

-Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by following proper spotting techniques and risk management practices.

-Deliver fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities that support motor skills, balance, coordination, and confidence.

-Set up and maintain equipment inside the mobile gym bus, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

-Provide exceptional customer service to parents, caregivers, and facility partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns.

-Maintain positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment.

-Stay current with industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

-Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth program operations.

-Assist with marketing efforts by promoting programs and engaging with the community during events.

-Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills:

-

1 year of experience coaching gymnastics, physical education, or movement-based programs for children.

-Background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, or early childhood education is an asset.

-First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

-Ability to create an inclusive and fun learning environment for children.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and parents.

-Positive attitude, high energy, and a passion for working with kids.

-Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour
