Gutter Installer

Job Description
We're a family-owned gutter company serving the Cowichan Valley for over 25 years and we're looking for a gutter installer to join our team. Experience preferred but not required, and if you're reliable, hardworking, and a good fit, we're happy to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
Safely lift and maneuver ladders (up to 60 lbs) throughout the day Work comfortably and safely from ladders or off of roofs using proper safety equipment Perform gutter installations, removals, and cleanings Clean gutters prior to installing after-market gutter guards Maintain a clean and organized work truck and shop Keep job sites safe and clean Properly dispose of work-related materials and recycling Provide friendly, professional customer service as a representative of the company Perform other reasonable duties as required
Requirements:
Valid BC driver's license Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
Compensation:
Wage based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
