Guest Services Manager

What You'll Do

Support our front desk/concierge team with kindness, clarity, and enthusiasm Help guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door Oversee bookings, payments, scheduling, and communication with ease Resolve challenges with empathy and a solutions-first mindset Track key goals (rebooking %, retail performance, reviews) and celebrate wins Keep our retail shelves looking beautiful + stocked Create social media posts (IG/FB) & help maintain our online voice Partner with leadership to support smooth day-to-day salon flow

Who You Are

A warm, confident communicator with a natural ability to make people feel cared for Organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts Experienced in salon/spa, hospitality, retail, or team leadership roles Friendly, positive, and excited about teamwork and growth Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, and Canva
