Team Water Street Cafe is pleased to announce we are seeking experienced, upbeat, professional Guest Service Representatives.
Be a part of an iconic restaurant that has been featured in movies and commercials.
With our pretty European style patio, Live Music on the 2nd floor, Happy Hour, Brunch-there\'s always something fun and exciting happening!
You must be self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
Previous experience in TOCK or a similar reservation system is beneficial.
Responsibilities include:

- Greeting and welcoming each guest and seating at table.
- Being familiar with all food and beverage items on the menu.
- Maintaining and ensuring the overall cleanliness of assigned station(s) and establishment.
- Supporting service as needed in other areas.
- Help process payments.
- Assist in running drinks to guests.
- Answer phones and take reservations.
