, you will be one of the first faces our guests see. You'll welcome them with professionalism, assist with luggage, provide directions, and ensure guests feel comfortable and taken care of from arrival to departure.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying active, and being part of a supportive hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling
Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities when needed
Assist guests with transportation arrangements and directions
Handle guest requests promptly and politely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby areas
Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping teams for smooth guest experiences
Ensure guest safety and follow hotel service standards at all times
What We're Looking For
Friendly, polite, and service-oriented attitude
Good communication skills (English required; additional languages are a plus)
Physically able to lift and carry luggage
Professional appearance and positive body language
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Prior hospitality experience is an asset but
not mandatory
