Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Services Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for guest services and a commitment to creating memorable experiences are essential.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism. Perform all check-in/check-out procedures accurately using our Property Management System. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner--both in person and over the phone. Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently. Handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions securely and accurately. Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment. Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage) to ensure guest satisfaction. Promote and enroll guests in the Hilton Honors loyalty program, meeting property goals. Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure effective shift handovers. Uphold all Hilton brand standards and operating procedures.

Qualifications



Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role is preferred. Experience with PEP PMS is a strong asset. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure. Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications. Flexible schedule availability including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is an asset.
