At Graffiti Market, we don't just serve food -- we serve experiences. The Guest Service Supervisor is a floor leader who makes sure every shift runs smoothly and every guest leaves with a smile (and probably thinking about our pizza until their next visit). You'll be the go-to person for the front-of-house team, supporting them through busy service, coaching on the fly, and keeping our vibe positive and professional. This role is hands-on -- you'll be in the thick of service, leading by example, solving problems, and making sure our standards shine through every guest interaction.
Job Duties:
Lead the FOH team through daily service with energy, focus, and a sense of fun
Oversee opening and closing procedures (yes, that includes the details -- we love details)
Coach, train, and inspire staff to deliver the warm, attentive service that defines Graffiti Market
Run pre-shift service huddles to get the team aligned and fired up
Support scheduling and communicate staffing needs to management
Ensure uniform and service standards are on point (because first impressions matter)
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and heart, turning challenges into opportunities
Partner with the culinary team to keep food safety and daily temperature logs in check
Keep the space clean, welcoming, and "Instagram-ready" at all times
Balance floats, deposits, and safe counts with accuracy
Assist with weekly inventory counts and ordering
Ensure safety talks, policies, and required postings are in place -- keeping the team safe is non-negotiable
Model teamwork and positivity on the floor -- no job is beneath you, and your team will follow your lead
Employment Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in hospitality (server, bartender, or equivalent role)
Supervisory experience is a plus (bonus points if you've rallied a team through a Saturday dinner rush)
Smart Serve certification (must be valid and up to date)
Guest-first mindset -- you thrive on creating great experiences
First Aid Certification is a plus
Cash handling and basic computer skills
Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and POS systems (7Shifts, Toast, etc. are our jam)
Knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation and food handling practices
Communication and leadership skills that build trust and keep the team motivated

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 44 per week
