Guest Service Associates at the Energyplex are enthusiastic, friendly individuals who are passionate about helping guests have an amazing experience! As an Activities Attendant/Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing our entertainment activities and interacting with guests on a regular basis. In addition to working at activity areas, you may also be stationed at the front desk, assist in concessions, or work as a day camp host. We are always working as a team to maximize guest service and ensure that everyone is having the most fun possible on the job. Here are some of the key expectations for the role:

• Operate activities while adhering to all safety guidelines
• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, with or without assistance
• Communicate effectively with both guests and team members
• Engage with guests to ensure a fun and memorable experience
• Maintain a clean and organized environment around activity areas
• Answer basic questions about the facility, including pricing, directions, and game durations
• Embody the core values of Sharing Fun, Putting People First, Pursuing Excellence, and Creating Lasting Memories

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum hiring age is 16 years
• Position requires physical activity, such as walking, bending, and lifting
• Must be available to work one full day on weekends, during Spring Break (Full-Time)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
