Ensure all hotel reports are completed accurately, and sent out to the corresponding personnel.
Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner at the front desk.
Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette.
Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payments.
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
Handle guest requests and complaints with a positive attitude, resolving issues promptly.
Ensure all financial statements are balanced, all receipts and invoices are collected, and all charges are posted correctly.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
REQUIREMENTS
3 years minimum experience in a hotel is a
must, preferrably with Hilton experience.
Hotel front desk experience is a
must.
Microsoft Office skills are a
must.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Hilton background or experience is a strong asset.
Proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction.
Attentive to detail.
Must live in the Cambridge-Kitchener-Waterloo area, or be willing to relocate.
