The Guest Service Agent is responsible for dealing directly with guests checking in and out of the hotel. They need to have a friendly outgoing personality and must be able to handle a variety of situations.
Essential Functions:
Delivers exceptional guest service
Cash handling and other administrative functions
Respond to telephone inquiries
Provides information on hotel services and amenities.
Provides information on local transportation, area attractions, shopping malls and tours.
Empowered to deal with guest challenges, complaints and emergency situations.
Other duties as assigned.
