Job Description

You would greet guests upon their arrival to the hotel and check them into the hotel's reservation system. You would provide excellent customer service, relay any information about hotel amenities. You would handle reservations, including making, modifying and confirming bookings. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly.

It is shift work, shifts are from 7-3pm and 3pm-11pm including weekends. The Majority of the shift would be 3pm - 11pm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$17.25 per hour
