Who we are looking for:


The Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre Brandon is searching for a part-time Guest Service Agent. This position will require exceptional organizational abilities, and the desire to interact with employees and guests on a daily basis. Only candidates with a positive customer service attitude that have a willingness to work evenings and weekends will be considered

What you will learn:


You will learn a full working knowledge of the Skytouch Hotel System and Daily Guest Room Operation Procedures. Candidate will attend department meetings as well as professional development courses and workshops.

Position Summary:


Through the guidance of the Guest Services Manager, support the daily operations of the Guest Services Department by providing superior guest service. Provide assistance to employees from other departments, and ensure proper procedures, policies and standards are being followed.

Pay: From $18.70 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Brandon, MB R7B 2R4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Guest services: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
