Guest Experience Associate, Saskatoon - Full Time (35 hours per week)

The Guest Experience Associate reports to the Family Service and Programs Coordinator and is responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for all families and guests, as well as assisting the Family Service Team to support families. The Guest Experience Receptionist plays an important role in supporting Family Centered Care.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Family Service and Guest Support
- Be the face of hospitality for the organization
- Receive and direct visitors and guests
- Answer, screen and direct inbound phone calls
- Promote and coordinate Board Room bookings for community use
- Manage inventory, donations, and special correspondence
- Give tours as required
Volunteer Leadership
- Training, scheduling and stewardship of all Guest Experience Volunteers
- Give feedback and suggestions regarding the Volunteer Program to the Volunteer Program Manager
Staff Administrative Support
- Ordering office supplies
- Care and maintenance of office equipment
- Open, sort and distribute correspondence
- Manage all outgoing mail
- Database entry
- General clerical duties
Job Requirements Include:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Evidence of being genuine, approachable and ability to develop trust and relationships quickly
- Can exhibit compassion and care to families who are facing difficult circumstances
- Comfortable in an environment that embraces reconciliation, equity, diversity and inclusion
Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
Strong computer skills
Proven ability to work effectively within a team
Organizational skills and attention to details
1-3 years' experience in a hospitality or customer service role
Able to pass a Police Record Check
Work Hours:
35 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm.

Salary Range
