As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving our marketing initiatives across Canada and the US. You'll work closely with the marketing team to execute high-impact campaigns, optimize performance, and help generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) that fuel our growth. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, execution, and analytical skills will directly contribute to scaling initiatives that generate measurable pipeline growth.



Here's what your day-to-day will look like:





Support the execution of the Canada & US marketing roadmap for our ERP and CRM products. Collaborate on planning and running inbound/SEO campaigns, paid search, ABM, and email workflows. Help manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent keywords. Contribute to SEO efforts through keyword research, blog collaboration, and creating lead magnets. Assist in developing high-conversion assets such as guides, dashboards, and industry comparisons. Coordinate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in verticals like Manufacturing and Field Services. Maintain local SEO and Google Business profiles in key cities, supporting proactive review gathering on Clutch and Google. Launch and test LinkedIn Ads campaigns, tailoring messaging to industry-specific audiences. Support the creation of nurture email workflows with personalized content and CTAs by funnel stage. Track campaign KPIs, prepare performance reports, and contribute ideas for optimization.

Who are we looking for?





We want someone full of energy who thrives on challenges, brings dynamism to our collaborative team environment, and shows strong execution skills with a growth mindset. We'll especially appreciate your ability to balance creativity with data-driven thinking.



2-3 years of experience in B2B growth or digital marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS. Experience with inbound/SEO, paid search, ABM, and/or marketing automation tools. Familiarity with CRM/ERP solutions or experience marketing to Distribution/Manufacturing is an asset. Strong skills in campaign execution, reporting, and optimization. High proficiency in English (French is a plus).
