We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of all things lead generation: building and executing campaigns, writing great copy, analyzing performance, and coaching others to master the process.

This is a hands-on, results-driven marketing role that blends strategy, execution, and leadership. You'll help shape the company's marketing initiatives while training our members to become better marketers themselves.

What You'll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising platforms. Write and edit compelling ad and campaign copy that drives engagement and conversion. Track and analyze campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. Coach and mentor team members on best practices for generating leads and nurturing prospects. Work closely with management and design teams to align messaging and creative. Explore new tools, trends, and channels to keep our marketing fresh and effective.

Who You Are:

2-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or growth strategy, with proven success in driving results. Strong copywriting and content-creation skills for ads, email, and social campaigns. A confident communicator who enjoys teaching, presenting, and motivating others. Analytical thinker who understands funnels, targeting, and campaign optimization. University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working on-site full-time in a fast-paced team environment.

$55,000 - $65,000 per year + performance bonus
